How to Confirm Your Nail Size
Accurate sizing helps your custom press-on nail set fit better and reduces avoidable order issues.
1. Measure Each Nail
Measure the widest part of each natural nail from sidewall to sidewall. For best results, measure every finger individually because sizes can differ between hands.
2. Use Soft Tape or Paper
You may use a soft measuring tape. If you do not have one, place a small strip of paper across the widest part of the nail, mark both edges, then measure the marked distance with a ruler.
3. Send Sizes Clearly
Send sizes in millimeters for both hands in this order: thumb, index, middle, ring, pinky. Example: Left 16/12/13/12/9, Right 16/12/13/11/9.
4. Customer Responsibility
Custom sets are produced according to the size information provided by the customer. Incorrect customer-provided sizing is not considered our production mistake and is not eligible for return or refund.
5. If Between Sizes
If you are between two sizes, contact us before payment. Depending on the design and nail shape, we may suggest a safer fit option.
6. Fit Notes
Press-on nails may feel different depending on natural nail curve, application method, adhesive type and daily use. Follow normal application and removal guidance to protect both the custom set and your natural nails.
