Production and USPS Delivery
Custom sets are made after payment and shipped as soon as possible after completion.
1. Production Time
After full payment and final order confirmation, most custom press-on nail sets are completed within approximately 3-5 days. More detailed or complex designs may require additional time.
2. Shipping Method
Once the custom set is completed, we will arrange shipment as soon as possible through USPS logistics where available. Tracking information will be provided when available.
3. Delivery Time
Delivery time depends on the destination, USPS processing, weather, peak-season workload, local delivery conditions and other carrier-side factors. Delivery dates are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.
4. Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and correct shipping address. We are not responsible for delays, returns, failed delivery or loss caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
5. Lost or Delayed Packages
After a package is accepted by the carrier, shipping updates and delivery speed are controlled by the logistics provider. We will help customers check tracking information, but carrier delays are outside our direct control.
6. Customs, Duties and Import Fees
If any customs duties, import taxes or local fees apply, they are the customer's responsibility unless otherwise stated before payment.
7. Damaged Package
If a package arrives visibly damaged, please take clear photos of the packaging and product immediately and contact us as soon as possible so we can review the situation.
