Please review this policy carefully before placing a made-to-order custom press-on nail set.
1. Custom Order Final Sale
All made-to-order custom press-on nail sets are final sale once payment is completed and production has started. Returns, exchanges or refunds are not accepted unless the issue is caused by our mistake.
2. Covered Issues
If we make an error in the confirmed design, size, color, quantity or other agreed order details, please contact us with clear photos and your order information. We will review the issue and provide a reasonable correction, replacement or other solution where appropriate.
3. Not Covered
- Customer changes their mind after payment.
- Incorrect nail size, address or order details provided by the customer.
- Personal preference differences after the confirmed design is produced.
- Damage caused by improper application, removal, storage, water exposure, chemicals or external force.
- Carrier delays or delivery issues outside our direct control after dispatch.
4. Order Changes
If you need to change a design, size or shipping detail, contact us immediately. Changes are not guaranteed once production has started.
5. Review Time
Any issue must be reported as soon as possible after delivery with clear photos and a description. We may request additional details to verify the situation.
6. Agreement
By submitting payment for a custom order, you confirm that you understand and agree to this Refund & Return Policy and our Terms of Service.
