What is the full custom order process?
Send your idea and references, confirm your nail size, receive design suggestions and a quote, pay to start production, wait approximately 3-5 days for crafting, then your completed set is shipped through USPS as soon as possible.
What should I send before ordering?
Please send reference images, preferred length, shape, color, finish, event date or deadline, nail measurements for both hands, and your shipping name, address and phone number.
How long does a custom order take?
After payment and final confirmation, custom production usually takes approximately 3-5 days. Complex designs may require extra time.
How do you ship orders?
After the set is completed, we arrange shipment as soon as possible through USPS logistics where available. Tracking will be provided when available.
Can I return a custom set?
Custom orders are final sale once payment is completed and production has started. Returns or refunds are not accepted unless the issue is caused by our mistake.
Can I change my design after payment?
Contact us immediately if you need a change. Changes are not guaranteed once production has started.
How should I provide my nail size?
Please measure each nail in millimeters and send sizes for both hands from thumb to pinky. Review our Size Guide before ordering.
What if I provide the wrong size?
Sets are produced according to the size information you provide. Incorrect customer-provided sizing is not considered our mistake and is not eligible for return or refund.
Do you copy reference images exactly?
Reference images help us understand your preferred style. Because each set is handmade and customized, small differences in color, placement, finish or proportion may occur.
