Made-to-order product terms
These terms explain how Queralis Atelier confirms sizing, design details, production and support for custom press-on nail sets.
1. Made-to-order service
Queralis Atelier creates custom press-on nail sets according to the customer's selected style, measurements, finish, color direction and confirmed order details.
2. Measurement responsibility
Please measure the widest part of each natural nail in millimeters and enter the details carefully. If a measurement appears unusual, we may contact you by WhatsApp or email before production.
3. Confirmation and production
Production begins after payment and required order details are received. Most custom sets are prepared within approximately 5-7 days, depending on design complexity and material availability.
4. Custom product policy
Because each set is made for one customer, confirmed custom orders cannot be cancelled, returned, refunded or remade after production has started, unless the issue is caused by Queralis Atelier.
If we make an error compared with the confirmed order details, we will provide a reasonable correction, replacement or support solution.
5. Customer changes
Design, color, length, address or sizing changes should be requested before production starts. Changes requested after production starts may not be possible.
6. Shipping and delivery
After production, orders are packed carefully and shipped as soon as possible. Delivery timing depends on the carrier, destination, weather, customs and other external conditions.
