Custom Order Service Terms
These terms explain how Queralis Atelier handles made-to-order custom press-on nail sets, payment, production, shipping and after-sales support.
1. Custom Order Nature
Queralis Atelier provides made-to-order custom press-on nail sets. Each order is produced according to the customer's confirmed requirements, including style, color, length, sizing, finish and reference images where applicable.
2. Cancellation, Return and Refund Policy
Because each set is customized specifically for one customer, once an order is confirmed and production has started, returns, exchanges or refunds are not accepted unless the issue is caused by our mistake.
- If we make an error in the confirmed design, size, color or quantity, we will provide a reasonable correction, replacement or other solution.
- Returns or refunds are not accepted for customer-side changes of mind, incorrect size information provided by the customer, wrong shipping details, personal preference differences, event cancellation, or delays outside our control after dispatch.
- Please review all order details before payment. Payment means you agree to these custom order terms.
3. Payment and Order Confirmation
Production begins after full payment is received and the design details are confirmed. If required details are missing, production time starts only after the missing information is provided.
4. Production Time
After payment and final confirmation, custom production is usually completed within approximately 3-5 days. This timeline may vary slightly depending on design complexity, material availability, order volume or force majeure events.
5. Shipping and Delivery
After the custom set is completed, we will arrange shipment as soon as possible through USPS logistics where available. Delivery time depends on USPS processing, destination address, local weather, customs, peak-season workload and other carrier-side factors.
Once the package is handed to the carrier, shipping speed and delivery updates are controlled by the logistics provider. We will provide tracking information when available.
6. Customer Responsibilities
- Provide accurate sizing, shipping name, address, phone number and email.
- Confirm reference images, color preference, nail length and design details before payment.
- Check messages promptly if we need to confirm details before production.
7. Product Use and Care
Custom press-on nail sets should be applied and removed carefully according to normal nail care guidance. Damage caused by improper application, removal, storage, water exposure, chemicals or external force is not covered by return or refund service.
